The Flamingos for Hope will visit patients at Methodist Estabrook Cancer Center on Thursday, December 21, at 10 a.m. Volunteers will help patients, family and visitors celebrate with a "Merry & Bright" theme.

Application deadline for an Iowa Hospital Association Health Care Careers Scholarship up to $7,000 ($3,500 per year for a maximum of 2 years) is March 30. Award recipients must commit to working one year in an Iowa hospital for each year of the scholarship award.
