All Methodist Employees Invited To Complete COVID-19 Survey

Over the past year, COVID-19 has affected us all in some way. Now a Methodist Health System research team is conducting a study to learn more about the physical and emotional impact of COVID-19 on Methodist employees. All employees – whether they have had COVID-19 or not – are invited to take the online survey, which has been approved by the Methodist Hospital Institutional Review Board (IRB).

The survey, titled “Natural History of Post-COVID-19 Convalescence Among Healthcare Personnel at the Nebraska Methodist Health System,” can be taken anonymously in less than 10 minutes and will close on April 30.

As is true for all studies, there is a small risk for breach of confidentiality. You do not have to complete the survey. All survey answers will be reported as a whole. Data will be kept on a password-protected computer.

Your agreement to take the survey is implied by clicking on the survey link.

Thank you in advance for your participation. If you have any questions, contact Methodist Hospital infection prevention medical director Robert Penn, MD, at robertpenn@idmidwest.com. If you need to contact the Methodist Hospital IRB, call (402) 354-4038.
