Continuing Education Opportunity Through Aging Conference

The Nebraska Methodist College Division of Professional Development is offering continuing education credits to attendees of the 2019 Aging with Passion & Purpose Conference. Nursing, social work and mental health practitioners are
eligible.

The theme of this year’s conference, set for
March 19 at the University of Nebraska at
Omaha, is “No One Left Behind.” The conference will focus on discussing the unique needs of diverse populations as they age.

Israel Doron, LLM, PhD, head of the Center for Research and Study of Aging at the University of Haifa, Israel, will deliver a keynote address on ageism, legal issues with aging and human rights.

The registration fee is $99 before March 9. The fee is $125 beginning March 9. The fee includes conference materials, parking and lunch.
