New Talent Development Program Open for All Employees

With the beginning of a new year approaching, this is a great time to reflect on personal and professional goals, and get energized for what’s to come. It’s with that same spirit that we are rolling out the 2019 Methodist Health System Talent Development Program

Your HR team, in partnership with executive leadership, the Advisory Board and Best Care EAP, has put together a slate of a la carte offerings, more comprehensive than ever, that are designed to provide development opportunities for employees at all stages of their careers. The program will touch on three main categories:

-    Personal Effectiveness & Growth: Targeting employees at all levels
-    Management & Leadership Development: Targeting new managers and leadership
-    Industry Acumen & Methodist Operations: Targeting Methodist leadership

These categories of development create opportunities for individuals to take ownership of their growth, as well as deepen their Methodist Health System operational knowledge and understanding of the health care industry as a whole.
