NICHE-AgeWISE Best Practices in Gerontological Care: CE Credits Available
Nurses, Social Workers, LMHP's, Care Managers, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Medical Assistants, and other healthcare professionals with an interest in the care of the older adult are invited to participate in an upcoming NICHE-AgeWISE Collaborative event. This conference will provide best practices in the care of older adults across the continuum of care.
