Remember: Don't open attachments or links if you don't know exactly who an email is from. Any doubt? Call to verify.

What's at risk? You could be opening the door to ransomware or giving up control of your computer system.

What You Need to Do (& NOT Do) with a Suspicious Email 

  • DELETE THE EMAIL.

  • Do NOT open. Do NOT reply. Do NOT click on any links or attachments.

  • At work, do report that you received a suspicious email by calling the IT Service Desk at (402) 354-2280 or emailing emailsecurity@nmhs.org.
